I offer 90-minute Zoom calls to meet, answer your questions, and discuss the practice of psychedelic meditation in detail. I find that personal 1:1 discussions lead to a much fuller understanding of the practice than just reading or watching videos.
Once we have met, and you are ready to practice, I offer 3-hour facilitated sessions over Zoom, held in the comfort of your own bed. It makes a big difference to have an experienced guide present for your first session. There are practical skills for meeting the medicine, that are essential to master. You will gain the confidence to begin psychedelic meditation sessions on your own. If you work during the week and need to book a session on the weekend, book two 90-minute Meet John timeslots in a row.
