All of our classes, discussions, facilitator training, and educational videos will take place in the members' area of the site. Anyone who wishes to participate can become a member. I am keeping membership affordable at $10/month. If this is a financial hardship, write to me.
I am enjoying meeting all of our members and learning from your unique perspectives and paths. If you would like to begin the practice but aren't sure how, book a Zoom call with me. I want this path to be accessible to everyone, so I work on a donation basis.
We have a four-week cycle of Sunday gatherings at 12:00 pm Eastern Time:
1. Facilitator Training class - open to members.
2. Shared Rigpa community practice session.
3. Instruction Practice session in dyads.
4. Shared Rigpa community practice session.
Here is the schedule of upcoming classes. Classes are 90 minutes long, with an optional 30-minute hangout at the end.

The Psychedelic Meditation Instructions page contains step-by-step video guides for every facet of the practice.
The Psychedelic Meditation Course includes everything we have learned so far from our explorations. It is a complete educational resource. Each video is accompanied by lecture notes, which help you understand the material's structure.
The Facilitator Training Course shows how to give meditation instructions, the role of facilitators in transmitting the awakened state, and how to lead people in their first medicine session.
The Facilitated Sessions videos show live IFS sessions with the medicine. They will be incorporated into our facilitator training module. They are worth watching to demystify the practice and learn how to heal our burdened parts with attention, acceptance, and love.

Those who practice regularly with the medicine can join the Essence Love Signal chat group. It is a warm, engaging community sharing session that reports and shares insights. The Essence Love group is the heartbeat of our community.
Essence Love members engage in the Shared Rigpa practice over Zoom. Participants enter Zoom breakout rooms in dyads to practice self-inquiry with the medicine. Then everyone joins the main room for a shared medicine experience. Shared rigpa is an intimate, profound, and transformative practice.
